Finnish deep tech careers in the spotlight – Join the campaign!

In September, Finland launched a global recruitment initiative called ”Find Your Superposition in Finland” campaign, led by Work in Finland. This campaign targets researchers and specialists in deep tech fields, such as quantum computing, microelectronics and chips, photonics, and artificial intelligence in the United States, India, Brazil, and Europe. 

The primary goal is to attract and recruit top RDI (Research, Development, and Innovation) experts for universities and companies by raising awareness of the career opportunities available within Finland’s leading innovation ecosystems. 

The Academy of Finland is a key partner in the campaign and supports the recruitment of international researchers to Finnish universities through Profi9 funding. Finnish Education Empoloyers (Sivista) is also participating as a campaign partner.
