Finnish Education Employers (FEE)
Finnish Education Employers (FEE) represents 430 employers in the education and higher education sector in Finland. Our vision is for Finland to become a prosperous, open, and appealing nation, renowned for having the best-educated population, where knowledge and creativity drive progress, making the world a better place.
Finnish Education Employers represent education providers from all levels of education from early childhood education and care to higher education. We represent all the universities and universities of applied sciences in Finland and the majority of independent educational institutions.
There are approximately 69 000 employees working in our member organisations.
Our mission is to promote the interest of our member organisations in the field of labour market and to promote the operational preconditions for our sector and our members.
The association is also a member of the European Federation of Education Employers EFEE.
